Essentially allows you to use your flux instead of farming the soul ash and cinders to create the legendaries.

As it was said before, this bag contains just enough materials for a item level 291 legendary item, apart from Cosmic Flux itself. However if you feel like sending the materials to an alt, you will need more than one Borsa delle Anime Esplorate due to the loss of currency when buying boxes (buy for 300, get 250).

TL;DR: You'll need 2x Borsa delle Anime Esplorate if you want to convert the materials to an alt and have enough to craft a legendary from zero mats.

Here is a simple table I made so you don't have to, for you to not spend your Cosmic Flux unnecessarily (as you may need it later when Creation Catalyst is out):

Extra Packaged Soul Ash needed: 4 (costs 1200 Soul Ash)
Extra Packaged Soul Cinders needed: 2 (costs 600 Soul Cinders)
Total boxes required for enough materials: 2x Borsa delle Anime Esplorate for being able to buy 21x Packaged Soul Ash and 7x Soul Cinders

You could want to run a few Torghast layers for the remaining materials if you don't want to get 26% value out of your Borsa delle Anime Esplorate, specially if you're short on flux and don't plan on making any more legendaries with this character.

A HUGE oversight (or working as intended) on Blizzard's part since it's supposed to be a catch-up for alts and yet it's not BoA. As mentioned in another comment with the full math, you will either need to buy two of these for alts, or do few Torghast runs on them. If you buy two of these, then a big chunk of them are wasted/lost when using 300 --> 250 boxes each.

Why on Azeroth would they not make it BoA is just ridiculous.
