The name of the stone is sustaining alchemist stone, and if the trinket has a proc rate of around 1 PPM or so, you basically now have a trinket that, as the name implies, sustains your phial duration while you're in combat.

From the way I read it it adds 60 sec to your current phial everytime the effect procs. So the more you are in active combat the longer your phial will last. And from the looks of it, it currently have around 2 PPM. This means it can potential be extended indefinitely.

I can confirm, that using crafting orders, you do not have to be an alchemist to equip this trinket

Alchemists note if you want the benefit of using buff regents when you decide to craft this trinket this early in the expac you need to invest knowledge points strategically in to Phials for this version, Potions for the Alacritous version.

I started a mythic dungeon with a chug of a phial, 30 minutes, looked at it when i finished, i had a 2 hour timer on it, seriously thats nice, i might keep this one, i was tired of all the old stones that just boosted potions or such

The max time you can extened your phials looks to be 75 minutes.
It shows as 1 hour for 60minutes and 2 hours for everything above 60 minutes.
You can use buff timers addon to show the duration in minutes above 60 minutes

1. PPM is > 1, so as long as you hit buttons nonstop - it extends duration of phial
2. You have to be in combat for it to proc
3. Time stops stacking at 75 minutes, every proc after 74 capped at 75.

Compare to even a lower ileve Primal Ritual Shell and others, this seems incredibly lacklustre for the cost, am I missing something?

Has anyone else noticed a sizeable decline in procs with 10.0.5? Started Vault with 8min left on phial, only up to 19 after 4 bosses where I'd usually see 2h by 2nd boss.

Does this also affect Gathering Phials, like Fiala Cristallina della Percezione? Doesn't seem to, but I can't tell for sure.

Is it possible to upgrade these later or do you have to have all the catalysts/reagents at the time of the initial crafting?
