Found the Mietitore di Protoflora (Mietitore di Protoflora) in Zereth Mortis at 52.57 71.46 on top a floating sphere out of reach from the ground.

To reach it you can use a class ability or Porta delle Ombre from below, alternatively you can climb around the mountain to 53.22 72.07 from where a mounted jump will be enough to reach the sphere below.

Hotfix: 02/22/22

This item was hotfixed to be Bind on Account.

If your character cannot learn it you can send it to a level 60 character that can use Held In Off-hands to do it.

I... have no idea what the point of this item is.

It does nothing and it's kind of ugly.

I found this on my Rogue and was able to use it. I no longer have the item and I did not get the appearance in my collection.

Why didn't they make it so my Rogue could not use this?
This is bad design that lays traps for players.

I do not think it is intentional, but some thought and action should be put towards things like this.
