exit pilgrims grace area heading west. the vendor is very nearby and looks like a jiro among a group of other jiros.

You do NOT need Comprensione dell'Altoniano to interact with Mai Toa. Just buy your apple pies from the vendor, instead of overpriced ones from the Auction House.

Hi all

To get Bufonide Paziente You need to complite 7 Quest's. All of Quests you are geting from Avna 34 65. Every day You will get 1 quest.

Quest list:

Day 1. Il bufonide rintanato - You need to get 15 Miele di Vespide drop from wasps 62 55 even from small wasps is drop to.
Day 2. Il bufonide rintanato - Get 30 Costolette Tenebrose - is drop from animals outside village or buy on Auction House.
Day 3. Il bufonide rintanato - Get 200 Stoffa Ammantata - You can farm it or buy on Auction House.
Day 4. Il bufonide rintanato - Get 10 Pesce Elisio - Fishing them every wher in Shadowlands But don't do it in Zereth Mortis rate to low or just buy it on Auction House.
Day 5. Il bufonide rintanato - Get 5 Protocarne - Drop from most mobs in Zereth Mortis You can buy it in Auction House.
Day 6. Il bufonide rintanato - Get 5 Torta di Mele Catalizzata - Buy it from Mai Toa 58 49 in Zereth Mortis.
Day 7. Il bufonide rintanato - Get 1 Melone Organico - But if from Mercante di Frutta Inside dungeon Tazavesh, il Bazar Celato ( You need to finish minimum 8 quests from Tazavesh, il Bazar Celato storyline). NPC is inside dungeon after you enter is on left side ( You don't need to do dungeon ). When You finish 7th quest You will get Il bufonide paziente to get Bufonide Paziente.
