Can be found in Hinterlands in the city of Jintha'Alor in the mid to upper levels of the city lying around. There are a lot so even groups of people should complete it without too much trouble.

Found these scattered on the ground on the second and third tiers.

Has anyone tried this one lately, after searching for 10 min. I checked here to make sure. I went through and searched all of tier 1,2, and 3 with my Rouge. I have found 2 thus far. Has anyone noticed any recent glitches since the latest sever maint?

At the top lever in the right triangle (around 64.67, 81.55) I found like 8 of them. But that was after I've spent half an hour looking for them on the other levels... I don't know if it's same spot for everyone's vessels but if it is I recomend you to go there.

Just wanted to say that they seem to have a higher spawn rate on the higher levels

Some locations were I found some of these. They often spawn in close pairs near the Vilebranch blood drinkers:
