Obtained from interacting with Anima Perduta in Zereth Mortis, sliding around on top of the large Progenitor Forge (orb) at /way 34.4 71.3. Starts Anima di Pinguino.

Anima di Pinguino is one of new soulshapes added in patch 9.2. The souls is on a floating pillar to the south of Haven.
Move to the south from Haven you should see a small water pool and a few orbs above. The soul is on the highest orb. ZM flying required.

I can confirm you can get to the Penguin Soul without flying as a warrior using Heroic Leap. Start left of the enterance to the cave with Oribos teleport. Then leap to the top of the hill and use Goblin Glider Kit to fly to the orb. (added a picture here to show where to jump).

Got the Anima di Pinguino while using the Avviatore di Portali from Rete di portali daily quest and used Kit dell'Aliante dei Goblin from a certain tall hill. I haven't got Zereth Mortis flying unlocked during that time. Also got Barlume della Serenità right next to it.

This is not a soulshape, it's a crittershape. Don't waste your time trying to get it before flying is out if you thought you could actually have fun playing the game as a penguin.

Felt slightly stupid for this but figured it's worth mentioning anyway,
The penguin soul you need to click slides around, so you need to click it AND follow it to catch it and get the quest to unlock the soulshape.
