Cassa del Codice Ammantata spawn in random locations around all Zereth Mortis.
To see this treasure you have to equip an item with passive spell Trovatesori to discover additional hidden caches. For example: Copricapo Enigmatico degli Alienatori.
The passive have the following description: "Enhances Pocopoc's perception, allowing it to discover additional hidden caches".
You can get the item with Trovatesori from rares, treasures and quests.
After that you have to encourage Pocopoc by selecting the option "Encourage Pocopoc to look out for noteworthy objects" to activate Pocopoc Percettivo / Pocopoc Percettivo.
Pocopoc Percettivo is not exclusive for Cassa del Codice Ammantata, this mark can appear in your minimap for other curiosities in Zereth Mortis, like mobs to control and Caches of Creation puzzles.

Found a Anima di Gromit in a Shrouded Cypher Cache. These are only visible while wearing Cypher Equipment (Helm) with Trovatesori and Pocopoc Percettivo active.

Some comments/tips:

I farmed this with a partner and we couldn't always see the same chests which was really strange. We shared about half of the spawns, so it was worth it to at least fly to one another when one of us found one.

Pocopoc has an internal cooldown that prevents him from alerting you to too many things too quickly. So often times he would see a different chest/coreless/etc FIRST when I would fly to a new waypoint. In the beginning I assumed nothing was there, only to fly away and have to come back because he saw the chest. Unless you know exactly where the chest is, wait 10-20s to see if Pocopoc will spot and mark the chest for you. Sometimes it took even longer (I am unsure what the exact internal cooldown is for Pocopoc.) Once you know exactly where the chest spawns it becomes easier to check.

The chests look exactly like the cypher chests, only a little bit smaller with less glow.

Found a working farm-tactic for this one today.
I found the SCC up at /way 61.3 15.5 SCC
Looted and then joined random Zereth Mortis groups to switch shards until it dropped. On almost every other realm the chest was up in the same location, so I stood at the same spot and joined 8 groups, looted 7 chests and got it.

Since becoming aware of this source of the soulshape, I've been watching for items with this bonus but have not found any. I tried restoring a selection of items (sadly you can't see the equipment descriptions when restoring so I just grabbed some and hoped.) I am now having to wait the 7 days for restore to again become available (you can't even look at the items when restore is on cooldown.)

Upon further research, it "appears" from what information I can find find on wowhead, for cloth its Coprispalle Oracolari degli Alienatori. I can't find any other items/slots on wowhead with this bonus-no idea how to search by bonus id. The only sources of this item seem to have been quests she already completed and that gave a selection of rewards from which to chose-no idea which I picked now and the items are long gone (was 1st weeks of patch so had no idea what the bonus' did and was getting stuff with so many different bonus effects, most of which here not useful ilvl-wise).

Anyone able to help with other items they've found and how to get them?

Hi i can not get this Pocpercon or what ever has his thing set to find tresures and stuff i have gear on with the buff to help him find more treasure i have gone around 3 times open the special chest that should drop the quest for night fay i have spent hours flying around i know i got the right chest and every thing every one says i have gotten on ? help me please
