I've opened at least a dozen or so chests across multiple alts (all Night Fae at time of opening) and no luck.

Wife opens her first chest just now and got it =)

SHE wants (and didn't get) the Russet Bufonid, which I've gotten on 5 characters now...

Got it on 18th attempt across 4 toons - hang in there.

But honestly its ridiculous: 1. such a low drop rate, and 2. not acct-wide. Really hoping this kind of thing is better in DF, cause as much as I liked the SL concept, their implementation was awful. RNG on top of RNG, Anima drop amounts so far off in relation to the costs of things (til the end but you can't just assume Blizz will fix it), anima needed to buy everything, and then for good measure, they threw in a second currency-Grateful Offerings just to make collecting really "fun". /rant off :)
