Anima di Dragofalco is one of new soulshapes added in patch 9.2. You can find it during your runs through Torgast, Torre dei Dannati.
You can sometimes run into a chained Lost Soul objects. After setting it free you will get related quest and a related shoulshape as a reward.

Anima di Dragofalco can be found while doing runs into Torgast, Torre dei Dannati.
You have to look for Anima Perduta (/tar doesnt work).
Can appear in a lot of layers / most of times on floor 2.

For me spawn in Interstizi dei Cuorfreddo: Layer 9 / Floor 2.
Other players have found in Mort'regar & Bastioni Superiori: Layer 12 / Floor 2.

Did you just recently convert to nightfae now that restrictions are lifted?

Turn this in and can't find it?

The soulshape person 'Lady Muunn' in the heart of the forest, the option to select 'What other forms can I take?' view it as a 'next page' option. I found the option for the latest shapes on the final 'page' after going through several blank ones.

I figured this out after just mashing 'What other forms can I take' option repeatedly out of frustration of trying to figure out where my soulshapes went.

I found this on floor 7 of a layer 8 Twisting Corridors in Coldheart Interstitia. This is a real soulshape and not a useless crittershape, thank god.
