This schematic is located in the Halondrus boss encounter area in Sepulcher - Can be found by one of the gate things on the room where the second phase of the fight happens. Pattern doesn't spawn until you kill the boss, so you'll need to join a group, kill the boss, and then run back to the second phase's room to loot the pattern.

If you reset the raid in any way, the walls that separate Halondrus's rooms go up again, so this pattern becomes unreachable on that lockout. This is also currently under research, but there seems to be a timer of 10-15 minutes for you to loot the schematic after the boss dies.

Can confirm you can loot this in LFR.

EDIT: You must complete both Il canto finale and Un nuovo architetto in order to see the Schematic, as you do all other Mount Schematics.

Didn't spawn for me in LFR.
Have the research for mounts and went back to the second room right after the boss died (people were still in group) but no cipher. Checked all the pillar things, in all three rooms, nothing.
Sad me.

Found mine at /way 63.18 51.92 in the 2nd room of the boss encounter after the boss was dead.

Thankfully it can be looted by multiple people.

I tried going back into a cleared instance to grab it, but no dice, all of Halondrus's walls respawn when the raid soft-resets. You have to grab it during a clear.
