Schema: Elicide Scarlatto is a protoform synthesis mount.

To collect this schematic you need to travel to Antecedent Isle. After teleporting look straight, you should see a large arc.
The schematic is almost on the top of that arc, sits next to the spot where a pillar connects the arc.

To get Elicide Scarlatto you need to find Schema: Elicide Scarlatto in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

To reach the Protoform Schematic you can use you can use Porta delle Ombre or Traslatori Dimensionali.
After get the item you'll receive the quest Riassimilazione dello Schema: Elicide Scarlatto.
Return the quest to allows craft Elicide Scarlatto.

To craft Elicide Scarlatto you need to find Schema: Elicide Scarlatto

In order to obtain any schematics for the Protoform Synthesis Forge you have to unlock it first
How to Unlock the protoform synthesis forge:
Complete first 3 chapters of the Campaign Segreti dei Primi
Research Comprensione del Sopraniano at the cypher console in Exile's Hollow
Complete the questline starting at Alla ricerca di Tahli. Once completed, the next day you can start Il componente perduto which leads to unlocking Sintesi di Protoforma (Cavalcatura)

It’s blocked off by a barrier that you have to deactivate to kill it. To deactive the barrier you’ll need 1 other player. You’ll then have to check which sigils are glowing above the 2 structures next to the entrance. You then have to bring sigils to match the 2 shown. You can find the sigils very close by.

Just unlocked on live today....can anyone confirm that's where the schematic actually is? I am unable to see it.

(I did all the quests to unlock the mount crafting)

edit: After unlocking, I left the zone and came back and the schematic appeared!

I did not see this so I changed shards and it was there. I suspect there is a respawn time on the treasure for the schematic. Happy slurming.

If you don't see this recipe, try hopping into an Antros group. I couldn't see it, but upon realm hopping, it was there for me. Not sure if phasing issue or respawn issue, but I wasn't hanging around to wait and find out :)

Realm hoping is what worked for me, i just jumped from world quest group to group till it showed up

Middle building. Fly, face boss and it is nestled right at the bottom of the left slope if you're facing Antros. I attached screenshot.

A solo technique for those farming Chiave della Rivelazione to craft Elicide Scarlatto and Camminatore Taracnide, the door to Protettore dei Primi can be entered as a ghost. Mount up to a deadly height and fall just outside the door, then corpse walk back releasing inside of the cave.
