This was a really sneakily hidden one.

If you look inside the floating vine and chain-like tree structures at /way #1970 52.2 75.3, you will see the Schema di Protoforma. You can stand on the edge of the pillar next to it to get the right height and angle to loot it.

You will need to have Sintesi di Protoforma (Mascotte da Combattimento) unlocked to see and obtain it.

To unlock battle pets from Protoform Synthesis you have to complete the quest Sintesi di Protoforma to get Sintesi di Protoforma (Mascotte da Combattimento).

You get Schema: Protolettico from Protoform Schematic in Dimensional Falls.
After get the item you'll receive the quest Riassimilazione dello Schema: Protolletico to allows craft Protolletico from Protoform Synthesis.

You have to move your camera angle to see the Protoform Schematic.

Schema: Protolettico is a protoform synthesis battle pet.
To unlock protoform crafting research Comprensione del Sopraniano and complete Sintesi di Protoforma quest.

Schematic can be found in Dimensional Falls subzone. First, travel to 53.60 75.38 and stand at the edge. You will see some stone platform and pillars below.
Jump down onto the platform and then jump to the next pillar, there is a tree's crown. Carefully step close the the edge of pillar, turn the camera and the check the tree.
The schematic is hang among the leaves on a metal chain.

After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Protolletico battle pet.

To get Protolletico you need to find Schema: Protolettico in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

Inside the Schema di Protoforma in Dimensional Falls
It is on a chain above the Hirukon rare, but to get this schematic you need to climb from the opposite side of the mountain.
Jump down from 53.57 75.52 and move to the next jump location 53.17 75.76.
Then turn you back to the Schematic location and slowly move backwards. (zoom camera to see the schematic better)

You can heroic leap/door of shadows/portal/whatever up to the big grey block pillar at 52.3 75.3. Then inch your way into the tree overhanging it. There is a small lip that extends into the tree. You have to position yourself just right, and there isn't a lot of leeway, but you can grab the schematic from the edge. I zoomed into first person and it lets your camera see into the tree canopy once you enter it.

Holy cow I just HAD to come here to warn people. I was with another person in my group who really wanted to get this and I went to get it afterwards and it wasn't there. I thought I was in the wrong spot and came here to see screen shots and everything. I was in the right spot. It took 25 minutes to show back up! So, if you are not seeing it in the spot, you might have to wait around for it to spawn again!
