Found in Ovoide Sbagliato in Dimensional Falls Cavern if you have Sintesi di Protoforma (Mascotte da Combattimento) unlocked. You may briefly see Schema di Protoforma appear as you loot the treasure, and then disappear as soon as you obtain the schematic.

If you have already looted the treasure before unlocking Sintesi di Protoforma (Mascotte da Combattimento), after you unlock it, it will instead be in Schema di Protoforma in Dimensional Falls Cavern at /way #1970 53.8 72.5.

To get Multipollo you need to find Schema: Multipollo in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

You need to collect the Ovoide Sbagliato treasure:

Find 5 Ovoide Perduto all over the Zereth Mortis near the sphere objects.
They look like small spheres and have random respawn locations (Look coordinates and note below)
Go to the treasure location and inside the cave you will find Fasianide Esausto with Ovoidi Scomparsi
Cave entrance is from the lake side down the mountain.
Turn in all the Ovoide Perduto to the Ovoide Sbagliato and collect the treasure

Reward is Schema: Multipollo

Right now you will need to complete the prerequisites to interact with the forge and turn in the schematic quests
If you collected the treasure before unlocking the forge, just visit the location once more and pick up the scroll of the ground

After get the item you'll receive the quest Riassimilazione dello Schema: Multipollo.
Return the quest to allows craft Multipollo.

350x Granulo di Genesi. Drop from a lot of mobs in Zereth Mortis.
1x Barlume della Molteplicità. Can drop from Rampicante Senziente, Operaio Vespide.
1x Reticolo di Fasianide. Can drop from Nido di Aviano, Aviano Toccato dalla Fauce.

To unlock battle pets from Protoform Synthesis you have to complete the quest Sintesi di Protoforma to get Sintesi di Protoforma (Mascotte da Combattimento).

If you're like me - someone who started this when it was current content, but didn't finish it so put the ovoid(s) you'd collected thus far in your bank - get those ovoid(s) from your bank before you pick this up again. I had one lousy ovoid in my bank and i collected the remaining 4 only to realize it wasn't going to let me turn in the eggs without having them all in my bags. It wouldn't let me collect a sixth one either to avoid a trip to a bank so i had to go all the way back to Oribos to get the one egg I had in my bank! Good thing. That egg had been in there for quite a while and I knew something was kind of stinking up my bank lol
