Q - How do I earn the Tormented Banner of the Opportune?
A - To earn the in-game banner you must complete & time both the Proving Grounds dungeons at Keystone level +15. The dungeons will be announced at the start of the Proving Grounds.

This information is from the official discord for the MDI Great push:

^ It's player specific - if you as a player completes both 15s, you will get the Banner. It will be distributed 1-2 weeks after the competition concludes

With the event ending after the main broadcast Dec 10 - 12, that means we will probably have the toy roughly by Christmas (Dec 26, 2021 at the latest)

Found it in my toybox today. Wouldn't even have known if there wasn't a wowhead article about it, there's no warning or anything that it's been delivered. Just shows up as a present in the toybox (not even at the top, you have to search for it).

Also after opening it, I had to relog for the toy to work.

This also was waiting for me on this morning's EU reset day in my Toy Box. A present that's unwrapped into the banner, you need to relog to be able to use it.

Once you use it, a banner drops in front of you for a minute, and everyone in a 10-15yd radius /cheers and glows gold for five seconds or so. Usable on alts as well, neat addition!
