"Spectral Feed" spawns behind the Darkhaven Stable 64,62. It spawns approximately every 60 minutes, and will despawn if its not picked up within 10. After collecting it has a 10 minute duration before it disappears from your bags

bring it to the chicken, /chicken at it, and then feed it.

Currently only seen the chicken on top of the log directly behind Blanchy's spawnpoint at 63,42. May have multiple spawns throughout the Endmire?

When you run, it doesn't have the usual blue glowy thing around you, so it's just a blue chicken running around without the swirlies. If you stand still or jump while running, you have some blue smoke around you. It has no /sit /sleep or /mountspecial animation or any sound (except when falling from heights).

I somehow managed to find out the hard way you can indeed scare off the chicken somehow.. maybe I walked too close? Well we can pretend that's how it happened anyways since the chichen does indeed despawn after the feed despawns :) So be sure to feed that chicken as quickly as possible before it gets "scared" away by the despawn timer #^_^# .. Though a small part of me still believes that that chicken can be accidentally scared away.

After someone gets the chicken, it flees. Not sure if you can both feed the chicken, looks like you may have to be first there.

You can get the Anima di Gatto, well fed Anima di Gatto, and the Anima di Gallina together fairly quickly. Make sure to set your Hearth to the Night Fae sanctum.

1. Head to one of the six great trees in Ardenweald (/way 51.83, 69.23, /way 60.0, 55.13, /way 65.08, 36.46, /way 51.21, 31.04, /way 37.59, 36.25, /way 69.85, 27.32). On top of one of them there will be a Lost Soul. Click it and type /soothe. This will give you the slim cat soul shape. It is always up on at least one of the trees.
2. Head back to the Night Fae sanctum and turn in Slim Cat, then log completely out of the game (close WoW) and re-open.
3. Head down to where the portal to Queen's Conservatory is and look to the right (usually on a log/chair), there will be a fat cat. /meow to him. He will say he's hungry. Don't actually go into the Queen's Conservatory, its outside of it.
4. Head to Revendreth, and locate the Spectral Feed at 63.75, 61.69. It's on a ~1 hour spawn timer and is only up for a few minutes.
5. Once you have it, fly over to the chicken at 63.18, 42.76, type /chicken, then click the feed in your bag to get the Chicken Soulshape. This will give you a quest to turn in for the chicken soulshape.
6. Fly back to the feed 63.75, 61.69 (it should still be up), and click it.
7. Hearth to the Night Fae sanctum and head down to the big cat, right click the feed to give it to him. It will auto-give you the soulshape (no quest).

Okay so make sure not to /chicken the lost soul unless you for sure have the Spectral Feed in your bag and accesible. Otherwise, chicken gets offended and disappears.

I got the chicken soul shape but it does not work to get the second cat shape. I followed the post step by step. Tried 3 times collected seed 3 times and 3 times failed. No cat form. Yea I checked with choofa. Put a ticket in and all I got was sorry submit a bug.

Used WM to collect the Spectral Feed. It took a few times using /chicken to get it to respond to me and give the quest. Unable to loot Spectral Feed a second time to get the chunky cat spectral.
