This is the reward from the 9.2 new Darkmoon Faire Darkmoon Dance achievement Macchina da ballo.
This item was mailed to me even though my inventory was not full at the time.
~~Blizzard's 9.2 Darkmoon Faire post referred this reward as a toy, so hopefully it will be in the future.~~

(Edit: Looks like Blizzard did not want to risk a class action suit because of the missing warning label: With yesterday's update Ballo di Lunacupa became a toy and leaves the business of inventory cluttering to the new components found in Zereth Mortis.)

For those looking to do all the achievements quickly & get this toy, I've found that the patterns are easier to remember if compared to the level of gear quality:

Ballo del Quac Quac

1 = Yellow/Orange, like Legendary gear, which is the best a player can obtain.

Giravolta Potente

2 = Purple, like Epic quality gear, which is second best.

Pugno d'Esultanza

3 = Blue, which is Rare quality gear, the third best in game.

I have made a weak aura helper that makes it easier to do this, especialy if you are planing to fast spam it just for achievement.

While the oponent is performing his dance moves, click the icons you see on the center of the screen.
When its your turn to perform. spam the center button that appears and that will execute the sequence you inputed.

What's "funny" was the fact Blizzard was promoting it on their site that it was a Toy but when it came out, it was a normal, space-taking item.
I guess someone forgot the memo and left it as an Item. Glad to see they fixed it a few days later.

I got it the day it hitted live servers. Just press enter, write the number of the colours you see when the npc is dancing, with the chat box open. Then press enter again when it's your turn and you have in the chat what you have to type. 1 is Yellow, 2 is Violet, 3 is Blue.
For example in the most difficult it would look like:

My personal tip on how to beat this challange even on the hardest dfficulty without any addons is to pretend that each rune is actually just an ugly letter.

H: Ballo del Quac Quac (1)
K: Giravolta Potente (2)
A: Pugno d'Esultanza (3)

Once you can recognize each of the runes as a letter, just simply try to remember the phrase that is being spelled out for you and "type it back". Few examples:

Giravolta Potente Pugno d'Esultanza Giravolta Potente Pugno d'Esultanza Giravolta Potente - KAKAK
Ballo del Quac Quac Pugno d'Esultanza Ballo del Quac Quac Pugno d'Esultanza Giravolta Potente - HAHAK (might also memorize as: HA - HAK)

I honestly wish this toy would have let us use the emotes, like the dance stage allowed. Without those this is just your character dancing on a fancy floor. Not really worth the effort one would put into the achievement, especially not so without addon.

A friend of mine found a stupid little software called "RadioDelay" which you can Google, download and install.
You then just hook your microphone and sound system, then set the delay to like 3.75 seconds, then all you have to do is hit play, and get to the dance challenge while saying out-loud the colors. The software will throw back to you what you just said 3.75 seconds later.

Simon was an electronic toy that had 4 buttons: red blue yellow green (I think), it would play a pattern and you had to then press the buttons accordingly to "win". Each turn added one colour and made it go faster.

Has anyone noticed that no matter how well you do on the first combination it's always "Great!". I can pretty much get "Legendary" every time on the hardest trial but for some reason this is not possible on the first combo.
One example is I can go slightly slower on say the second or third combo and get "Legendary".

It doesn't matter that much as you will still get the max points in one run but it's just weird it's 100% "Great" every time.
