To craft Bufonide Placcato in Oro you need to find Schema: Bufonide Placcato in Oro

In order to obtain any schematics for the Protoform Synthesis Forge you have to unlock it first
How to Unlock the protoform synthesis forge:
Complete first 3 chapters of the Campaign Segreti dei Primi
Research Comprensione del Sopraniano at the cypher console in Exile's Hollow
Complete the questline starting at Alla ricerca di Tahli. Once completed, the next day you can start Il componente perduto which leads to unlocking Sintesi di Protoforma (Cavalcatura)

Schema: Bufonide Placcato in Oro is a protoform synthesis mount.

To collect this schematic you need to kill Bufonide Accelerato mobs until it drops. Chance seems to be low (Killed 11 to get the schematic).
There are two spots you can find those bufonids within - Dimensional Falls and Sepulcher of The First Ones isle.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Bufonide Placcato in Oro mount.

To get Bufonide Placcato in Oro you need to find Schema: Bufonide Placcato in Oro in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

Schema: Bufonide Placcato in Oro drop from the mob Bufonide Accelerato. Low drop rate. I got after around 20 trys.
Bufonide Accelerato spawn in multiples locations. Around Hirukon rare and around the Raid Entrance Sepolcro dei Primi.
After get Schema: Bufonide Placcato in Oro you'll receive the quest Riassimilazione dello Schema: Bufonide Placcato in Oro.
Return the quest to allows craft Bufonide Placcato in Oro.

To access Schematic Quests and Interfaccia del Servitore you have to get Comprensione del Sopraniano from Console del Codice to unlock The Final Song questline.
The Final Song questline start from the quest Alla ricerca di Tahli.
After complete The Final Song questline wait for the daily reset and complete the following quests: Il componente perduto, Un nuovo architetto, Riassimilazione dello Schema: Mortelesta

Now you have Sintesi di Protoforma (Cavalcatura).

To get the Goldplate bufonid you need to have unlocked the Sopranian Understanding node in the Daelic column of the cypher. After you unlock this a quest appears on the map you will need to complete to unlock the Protoform synthesis (mount maker). Once you've done this, the schematics for all of the mounts will now be obtainable.

You get the schematic by killing bufonid (frogs) in Zereth Mortis. Near the raid entrance is the best place. The drop rate seems really high, it took me 3 kills and 2 kills on my two characters.

Once you've obtained this you will also need to get:

1x Bufonid Lattice (kill frogs in Zereth Mortis or buy on the auction house).
1x Bauble of Pure Innovation (Go into Exile Hollow and to the left of Firim is a dogs bed with it on).
400x Genesis Motes (Killing most creatures in Zereth Mortis will often drop these)

Once you're done, go back to where you craft the mounts and you will have a frogger mount
