To trigger Spaccapietra Stigio you have to speak to Fradicus (need Venthyr Covenant to start).
After that defeat the mob waves that will appear, until spawn Spaccapietra Stigio.

Has chance to drop Cristallo di Alagreve quest item to get the mount Alagreve Capolavoro (I got after 4 trys).

i looted this turned in the quest and got the mount. i learned it but nothing happened. it says i still have not learned the mount. i even tried making a macro to use it but nothing

Does this drop only for Venthyr Covenant characters?

Been farming this every time i log on since it came out and still hasnt dropped? Other covs seem to get theirs a lot faster?

I can't prove it of course, but I really think this is bugged in some way for people who've switched to Venthyr from another covenant. I leveled all 4 covenants on my hunter to 80 renown prior to 9.2 and farmed this encounter dozens of times (maybe 50 in all) with no luck. With 9.2, I was able to equip an alt with enough gear to be able to solo the encounter. This alt had been Venthyr all along. I did the encounter maybe 10 times on this alt and got the crystal to drop finally today.

Obviously this isn't proof of anything, but I hope it works for someone else who is struggling.

I got this after switching covenants and immediately going to Korthia and doing the event. So it looks like you don't need to re-log after changing covenants which I often thought about during my many attempts.

I've been killing this dude daily on 2 Venthyr rogues parked in Korthia
and the crystal simply doesn't drop.

today my Necrolord mage hit exalted with Death's advance
so i was switching covenants to purchase the mount/covenent sets from the quartmaster
and while Venthyr i decided to go give it a third shot today and it dropped....

so i can confirm what other people are posting here
There's something odd with this crystal not dropping for certain venthyr characters.

Am I the only one that feels like it doesn't exist? Killing on multiple toons and still nothing..... Yes, they are all Venth. Most are renown 60. Half have completed the entire Venth story line.... I am exalted with all reps too...
