Obtain by looting "Invasive Mawshroom" that can be found on trees where you have to Parkour to reach the spawnpoint of the shroom.

The loot i recieved was 2x Questionable Mawshrooms, 205 Anima and 5x Relic Fragments that are used for Archivist's Codex Reputation.

So far, all it did was make me so high that i hallucinated the jailer threatening me all the time.

Besides the screen effect& the jailer's image & random threats, the buff also turns all npc's to the jailers forces.

Seeing some of the utterly bizarre ways that the randomized models interact with mounts is hilarious. I just saw an ENORMOUS Cercatrice d'Anime Giurafauce hovering several feet above an alpaca in Oribos, as well as a longboi piloted by a Necrovincolatore Giurafauce, and flanked on either side by a Ombra Agonizzante for the auctioneer, and Incatenatore Giurafauce for the repair vendor. Truly worth it to drop one of these in a player-populated area and watch the madness and hilarity ensue.

Every NPC and player is turned into mobs from the maw, it is pretty funny and the jailer even pops up and say:
"you trespass in my realm"
"Every soul has its place"
"your soul is mine"
"I... see... you!"
"All souls belong to me."

Those Mawshrooms change every NPC model, including mount-vendors which can lead to some ridiculous passengers riding with you!

For some reason, Ysera (in the Heart of the Forest) does not change model, she remains as Ysera.
Same with the Bladeguards on Prime Oribos

This is the best item I've seen lately.
I just saw Jailer enter Darkmoon Island portal for no reason while blabbering some stuff about torture and domination. I guess even he needed some good time off.
I just saw Jailer's Eye fly a Gryphon while patrolling Stormwind's sky.
I just saw "Crier Goodman" who looked like a living armor with a skull - definitely fitting his surname.
I just saw a weird tent which was bigger than Auction House on someone's repair mount.

This is -EXACTLY- what I expected from eating random shrooms off the ground.

It's worth noting that this item also acts as actual food too. It heals at 1500 hp/sec for 20 seconds (30k hp total) while remaining seated.

I just found an interesting use for these. While in Gorgoa (the River of Souls), if you pop a 'shroom it gets rid of the bulk of the blue haze, making it a lot easier to see what you're doing.

Well hold on there Hoss; nibbling these Questionable Mawshrooms can have some Questionable Effects... for example, with a giant Garrison Magus apparition on either side of the Horde Garrison's portal to Warspear blocking one's access, interacting with the portal to use it is nigh on impossible.

p.s. Also, I lost a little health because I jumped off the tower, thinking I could fly...

Also interesting to note, when ~~high~~ affected by these shrooms:

-Il Primus (in Keeper's Rest, Korthia) seems to have a randomized model, but he is always absolutely TINY!
-Transformed models (druids in kitty form; Night Fae in Soulshape form; etc.) don't seem to be affected by this hilarious buff. They retain their "normal" models.
-Attempts to "stack" the buff don't do anything special; it will reset your buff (10 minutes normally; though oddly, on one occasion I reached 11 minutes?) and reset everyone's models, but no extra silliness.

That's all I noticed so far! Il Primus one was particularly amusing though, considering how ginormous he is normally! :D

Pretty much your character is tripping balls seeing the Jailer chase them and taunting them. It also had to where everyone were the Mawsworn or something like that. In the end, you vomit and it ends the hallucinations. I noticed though that at my feet were very tiny mushroom folk. Still. Gotta love this random thing blizz threw in lmao

I have Pelagos as a quest escort partner while under the effect of the QM and he's been changing forms into various Jailer minions. He also fights as these forms, for example, the Jailer's Eye he became shoots beams at the enemy.

Are these still dropping in Dragonflight? I'm running around Korthia and I've looted probably 10 invasive mawshrooms and all I'm getting is Evolved Mawshrooms and not the Questionable Mawshrooms.
