I was able to buy this juicy back for 1000x Phantasma from the Broker after unlocking and entering the Adamant Vaults in Torghast ( Fracture Chambers ). Go there prepared (you need ~600+ phantasma before going in there, since you get around 400+ phantasma down there without any bonus)

Edit: added minimal phatasma estimates to aim for.

I bought a gilded piece in my second Vault run.

After that, no more transmog pieces showed up anywhere in torghast or the vault even after 6 runs.

So if you get a gilded piece, there is no reason to try for more since you wont get anything other than gold anymore from the boss.

If you're desperate for a specific piece, it's worth noting that by not buying one of these at the end, you won't be locked for the next vault run that week and can try for something else.

I wanted this but didn't have the phantasma, I went back and bought the Mantello del Teschio Dorato instead as it was the end of the week and I didn't have time.

Best weeks to buy things like this are when Fracture Chambers and Upper Reaches are up as you can buy a Cella d'Animum Vorace and use it to get the Mestolo di Medulla power.

Something I have discovered is that if the slime spawns in the Adamant Vaults and you are short of 1k phantasma, you can re-kill it as it always respawns, which will give you about +20 phantasma per kill. I had 949 on the last floor and camped the slime's spawn to get extra 51.

Edit: the spawn is between 3-5 min. I haven't counted it but it was definitely less than five.
