After you've completed Chapter 3 of the 9.1 Campaign, Bonesmith Heirmir at Keeper's Respite in Korthia (63,25) can upgrade your normal Shards of Domination you've obtained from bosses in Sanctum of Domination to upgraded Ominous shards for a cost of the old shard and five Brace Stigia. You'll need to purchase a reusable Scalpello del Fuoco dell'Anima at a cost of 2500 Stigia to get the old shard out of the socket.

After some testing, I think I finally figured how this gem works.

It compares your current percentage of HP with the current percentage of HP of your target.

If you're at 100% HP, you will get the buff when the target is at 50% HP or below.
If you're at 70% HP, you will get the buff when the target is 20% HP or below.

This means that if you are at 70% HP and your target is at 30% HP, you don't get the buff (because you have only 40 more HP percentage than your target)

So, in the simplest terms I can think of, that actually explain what this does: "if your health percentage number is 50 higher than the health percentage number of the enemy you are currently targeting, you get a damage buff"

Basically, if you're close to full health and your enemy is in or close to execute range, you will probably get a damage buff, don't worry too much about the exact math, you won't have time for that in combat anyways.

why is this in my bag and how do I remove it? It won't allow me to delete it.

I got 2 of those in my bag. It is unique equipped so I tried to trash it but it says it is indestructible...So I guess I will have 1 less bag slot for the rest of my life....
anyone else had this issue?
