While testing this on live, the tooltip in my combat log states that it heals for 49 every second, but I was actually healed between 312 and 416 each time. 2 Minute cool down.

When I tested this it healed for 10,083 health over 24 seconds. Used the 5-minute combat potion cooldown.

Heals me for exact 10k. (Shaded Stone Statue: 15k.)

As a Shaman you can do this, so you have an additional “emergency totem” on the second key press:
/castsequence reset=30 Healing Stream Totem(), Porous Stone Statue

However, the statue shares the cooldown with the Spiritual Rejuvenation Potion. So, probably better drinking the potion instead. (Only point would be that the statue is likely to be cheaper than the potion.)
