Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro is one of the rings required to build Anello di Pietra di Nilganihmaht, one of the five rings used to assemble the Anello di Controllo di Nilganihmaht mount.

To complete this ring, a Necrolord Assault with the quest Assemblare un piano has to be active, as you need the Centurion vehicle that becomes available after completing the quest to access one of the rings.

This specific ring is the one ring that requires the aforementioned Necrolord Assault quest. It can be obtained as a reward from the quest Ripulire le mura. This quest starts from Mappa di Difesa, which can be looted a Scrigno dei Giurafauce atop the walls in Perdition Hold. The specific Mawsworn Cache that contains the Defense Map is the one at 30.3 55.9, and you must have access to the Overcharged Centurion to destroy the Pylons for the quest.(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Neryssa##DELIM##

To begin Ripulire le mura you need loot Mappa di Difesa from Scrigno dei Giurafauce.
This treasure is active in various locations around Perdition Hold in The Maw during Assalto dei Necrosignori.

Ripulire le mura rewards Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro.

To destroy Pilone Animamorta you need interact with Centurione Sovraccaricato.
Use the skill Ascensione a Passipuri to reach the top of nearby walls and use the skill Esplosione Completamente Carica to destroy Pilone Animamorta.
You unlock this NPC after complete the quest Assemblare un piano.

In order to create Anello di Pietra di Nilganihmaht you'll need Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro.
Anello di Pietra di Nilganihmaht is one of 5 rings required to obtain the 9.1 mount Anello di Controllo di Nilganihmaht which is the golden version of the hand model mounts. For a full guide see this comment.

To obtain this specific Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro a Necrolord assault with the quest Assemblare un piano has to be active. This quest will unlock a Centurion Vehicle that you need to complete the quest obtained from Mappa di Difesa which awards you with Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro.

Mappa di Difesa can be obtained from a Mawsworn Cache top the walls in Perditions hold at /way 30.3, 55.9.

It seems the Mappa di Difesa is not a 100% dropchance. I recommend using the dungeon finder tool to search for groups that share the quest.

ON LIVE: July 12, 2021.

You need to collect four pieces (all called Quartered Ancient Ring) to make the Anello di Pietra di Nilganihmaht. This is ONLY available during the Assalto dei Necrosignori. The assault cycle is Night Fae, Venthyr, Kyrian, and then Necrolord.

Do NOT loot any of the Scrigno dei Giurafauce in Perdition Hold until you've completed step 1.

Step 1. Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro - ONLY obtain this at /way 35 69 Mawsworn Cache.
Step 2. Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro - Randomly spawns on the ground near Perdition Hold, found mine at /way 37 57 /way 41 62. They do despawn after a couple of minutes and move locations.
Step 3. Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro - Get the Assemblare un piano, create the Centurione Sovraccaricato and mount it. Now you can jump onto and around the walls of Perdition Hold and loot all the Scrigno dei Giurafauce in areas you normally would not be able to. There is a CHANCE the Scrigno dei Giurafauce will contain Mappa di Difesa - I had to swap onto my third character to obtain the Mappa di Difesa. This will give you the Ripulire le mura. THIS QUEST IS SHAREABLE - SO HELP PEOPLE OUT. You must complete the quest before the Assalto dei Necrosignori ends (you will have to loot it again if you miss it). Complete the quest and the item will be rewarded.
Step 4. Anello Antico Diviso in Quattro - In the middle of Perdition Hold, wait for the Costrutto della FauceImpazzito. He will yell "<Character Name>, wants my priceless" or "You cannot have it". For me, he spawned at /way 31 65. Kill and loot it. There's an estimated 5-30 minute respawn.

Take the four pieces to /way 39 40. Use the Forgia di Animacciaio to combine the pieces. 1/5 rings for Anello di Controllo di Nilganihmaht.

In order to get to the several elusive Mawsworn Cache's that are located out of normal reach, you can also use toys.

Zolfo Ardente di Borr-Geth can be used along with displacement effects - Fel Rush, Disengage, Gliders, or other such abilities, though you have to play around it's long CD

Necronom-i-nom can also be used with the super-jump effect and displacement effects. Though as it has up to 3 other potential effects instead, you may have to wait around it's CD as well.

It's still better then missing 6-12 possible chests each assault though.
