I received the first piece of this set today from Mikanikos, a Kyrian NPC, offering the Foresworn Aspirant's Handwraps as a daily reward from the quest "War Prototype." This was in addition to the 4 dailies I had in Korthia (1 extra from completing the flying quest chain), so I had 5 dailies this day. I am guessing the individual pieces will come up at a later time, offered when Kyrian NPCs are the questgivers, and possibly the same for other covenants. Will report back if I get more info.

Just discovered today that you can only transmog this set if your covenant is Kyrian, couldn't mog it on my Night Fae alt. I also assume the daily quests that reward these transmog pieces only offer them as a reward if you're Kyrian

The waist piece is up in Korthia today as a daily.

As with this and the other Covenant sets in korthia (Kyrian, Venthyr, Necro, and Fae) getting an item is almost random. I have multiple toons for each covenant (3 or more in each) and the only promise is that you won't get the same item twice, even across characters and linked accounts. If it does show the reward as you one you already have, abandon the quest, relog and it should be a different one (or research/anima).

Some facts:

Each covenant has a sort of mini-hub with 0-3 dailies up in it.

If your hub has only one daily, you probably won't get an item (99%, haven't seen it yet).

Specific dailies only reward certain items shown Here. If you already have all of the rewards from that specific daily, you need to look for a different one on a different day . Addons such as WQA, and the Wowhead mainpage are helpful for finding these without having to fly all the way over.

Each character must have at least finished Chapter 4 of the Korthia Campaign (your quest log should say 4/9) to unlock the next level of dailies (from 3 to 4/5) to be eligible, sadly this is not an account-wide unlock, and also requires 9/9 chapters of your covenant campaign which is tiresome to redo on alts.

Tip to avoid getting a duplicate item: today I got two Kyrian quests in Korthia where each rewarded the same piece of Foresworn Aspirant's Regalia (head), which was the last piece I needed to complete the set.

I only picked up one of the quests and left the other one. I completed the quest, turned it in to get the headpiece, then re-logged and the reward for the other quest changed to anima.

I log very single day to check Kyrian NPC in Korthia looking for the quest with trasmog as rewards. I have all Covenant Khortia sets but the Kyrian.
I dont know why the Forsworn Aspirant's Regalia its so hard to find.

Anyone else got the same issue?

I just completed this entire set today. I switched all of my characters to Kyrian and parked them in Korthia.

I noticed that the quest, with transmog reward, showed up exclusively from Kyrian NPCs and it didn't seem to matter what Assault was going on. If there were multiple quests from the Kyrian, I would login and check every last character.

It also seemed to only show up if I was 4/9 or more for the Chains of Domination storyline. I had it show up when I progressed an alt to that level of story.

Also, if it was available at all, I was able to get multiple pieces from the army of alts. For example, today alone I got 5 of the pieces.

Why are all the kyrian quests here only offering anima? I have renown 80 with kyrian and more than one toon and 9/9 chains of domination yet the specific quests that say they drop the piece dont even show as a reward, just anima.

If you ever wanted to see why everyone hated SL, Korthia is a great way to achieve that. The pre-requirements to even have a chance at getting the various set pieces are 4/9 of the Chains of Domination (playing through the Korthia main questlines) and have your Kyrian covenant campaign completed. You also NEED to be a member of the Kyrian covenant in order for the dailies to reward you the pieces. Now that you have both of that, 4 to 5 dailies will randomly pop up in Korthia. As you can see, each covenant has their own little camp. The only camp you can receive pieces of this set from are the Kyrian one. Easy enough right? Wrong.

First you have to check every day if one of the Kyrians offers you a daily. And then you notice that the rewards of the dailies are randomized. Some people got pieces of the set from the "War Prototype" quest. Which is just a coincidence. It can show up on any Kyrian one, but again, the rewards are randomized. You may just get some anima token off the quest where everyone else got a piece from the set.

Oh you forgot to check ONE DAY but checked the last month every single day? Tough luck. The quest just might have popped up on that ONE DAY you forgot. Happened to me.

I started at 0 reputation around a month ago with the Death's Advance faction. You know, the faction in Korthia that you get minimal reputation for with every single daily? Yeah, that one. I'm now at 1.613/21.000 revered and I have gotten 1 piece from the Forsworn set. The wrists, lmao.

If you thought that is already bad? Now get a load of wanting more than just 1 Korthia set. It works for all Korthia sets that way.

Update on 02/12/2023:

In the 32 days I have been chasing this set the following items have shown up from Kyrian quests: the wrists, the feet and the waist item. If you are hunting for this set like I do and have all the requirements I listed above, all you can do is wait and check every single day. One thing is certain though: hunting this set is a real time investment, a test of patience and remembering to check daily for the available quests.
