Has anyone figured out how to unlock this ensemble yet?

One can assemble this ensemble by doing daily quests in Korthia. What I have found so far is that the items may drop from dailies, which are given to the player by Venthyr NPCs (when they are present). Keep in mind that a present Venthyr NPCs doesn't 100% mean dailies with cosmetic rewards.

TL;DR Pray to the RNG gods.

I also suspect that these potential cosmetic rewards are locked behind Renown, because so far I have only received one piece, which is the waist. However, I have no way of confirming that suspicion of mine.

From what I've observed: the covenant ensembles are available only from quests given by the Covenant Soulbind NPCs. Today, Theotar the Mad Duke is up, and offering 2 quests with ensemble rewards. I know Mikanikos for The Ascended awards the Kyrian covenant set pieces.

I don't believe renown is a factor. I switched my hunter over to Venthyr tonight, just to pick up more of the set, and the pieces were available from renown 1.

It is possible that these are gated behind an achievement, reputation, or some other non-obvious factor.

If you do not click on the item in game, to learn the transmog, you can receive duplicates. However, if you learn the item, then when you accept the quest on another character, you will be offered a new set piece as a reward. If you have all set pieces, the reward will instead be anima.

edit: you don't learn the full ensemble at a time, you earn this piece by piece, when the quests are available.
