Unfortunately, one cannot dispel a polymorph on himself with this item - the wording can be a bit confusing. The health and mana restoration however is well worth it.

This is great in PvP when your priest gets polymorphed with noone else around who can cleanse/dispel.

Much better odds if your a pvp hunter that your pet will get polymorphed and seeing as you will have a melee pet and it's a mage polying the pet his melee coming back is a god send.

Some information:
- Affected by +healing (good for being oom, or just having it anyways)
- Not useable to self when sheeped, but when not being sheeped it can heal and restore mana to you (can critically hit)
- Usable for level 39 twinks, very handy..
- Does not share cooldown with potions, healthstone or anything like these

Needs confirmation:
- Works in arena?
- Mana-effect can critically restore?

sucks they never made a lvl 70 version, the fights with polymorph's that would be made easy with one of these would be amazing.

once upon a time this was one of the best endgame trinkets in the game in classic(for 6 months or so)

before arena grand master chest got released, before Dire maul patch, before AQ/Naxx....rip recombobulator
