To get Sette vite... e mezza you need find and pet all of the kittens in Maldraxxus.
On the Dungeon Plaguefall have a kitten so, I recommend you queue the Dungeon while find another kittens.

How to find the all 9 kittens:

Palla di Pelo is located on the Dungeon Plaguefall, I do it on Normal Mode.
You find this kitten after defeat the third boss and drop down into the pool to the last boss room.
Use /tar Hairball to find more easy.

Gatto con gli Stivali is located on Iron Trench under the bridge.

To use it, have a pet out and then target the ground otherwise you will just get a "I do not have a target" message.

i feel like this toy should have no cooldown at all, or even just 5-10 seconds , it literally points a laser at the targeted location and your cat pet jumps on it, that's all it does and yet it has a 2 minute cooldown, 2 minutes to point a laser and have it instantly end

This toy can also be used on other battle pets besides Tino. Summoned battle pets will do a sort of 'rush' animation towards the targeted spot.
