Really should increase the range of the effect.

Maybe 400 yards, or maybe even the entire Zone. Would be so hilarious, for any player not using the item, going about their business, questing etc. And then suddenly 50% of the critters just... die.

A good place to try out this toy is the Deathspeaker's Watch area in Icecrown it has several decently sized packs of penguins for the makings of complete critter carnage.

This toy can kill the Anima Wyrms floating beside the flight master in Oribos.

I can only guess all the downvotes are from uninformed people assuming this is a way to troll people and break the flight path. Killing the wyrms has no effect at all on the flight master, it's just something unique you can do with the toy since the wyrms next to him are classified as critters...

I'm 12 paragon caches in and this still hasn't dropped. What rubbish design. Drop rate must be ~5% of some kind of garbage. This kind of paragon reward should not exist, and it wouldn't exist if Blizzard had any respect for their customers' time.
