As of the Shadowlands prepatch 9.0.1, Medaglione del Gladiatore, Adaptation, and Relentless have been removed and turned into the trinkets Medaglione del Pretendente Corrotto, Sigillo dell'Adattamento del Pretendente Corrotto, and Spilla Implacabile del Pretendente Corrotto, that can be bought for between 800g and 640g each. The trinkets are level 68 and function just like the Medaglione del Gladiatore and the talents Adaptation and Relentless did prior to their removal. The trinkets also grant +18 to your primary stat. While Medaglione del Pretendente Corrotto has an on-use ability, Sigillo dell'Adattamento del Pretendente Corrotto and Spilla Implacabile del Pretendente Corrotto both have on-equip abilities.

The four vendors that sell the trinkets, one in each faction capital and one in each BfA main city:
A: Alice Fischer Champion's Hall, Old Town, Stormwind. Coordinates: 76.0, 66.2 800g.
A: Maresciallo Frazer Salt and Shanty, Ashvane Company Yards, Boralus. Coordinates: 56.4, 27.2 640g-760g.
H: Aneka Melae Hall of Legends, Valley of Strength, Orgrimmar. Coordinates: 41.5, 72.1 800g.
H: Violet Curaombre The Mugambala, Dazar'alor, Zuldazar. Coordinates: 51.6, 57.8 640g-760g.

(Regarding prices: The price for each trinket is listed on Wowhead as being 640g from the BfA vendors. However, the prices I found when checking on my own characters from each faction were different: 680g from Maresciallo Frazer on my Alliance Death Knight that has Revered with the 7th Legion; 760g from Maresciallo Frazer on my Alliance Warlock that has Friendly with 7th Legion; 760g from Violet Curaombre on my Mage that has NO reputation with The Honorbound. I do not have any characters that are Exalted with either war effort faction, so I can't check to see if the price would be 640g for them, but I believe it would be. It seems the price goes down by 40g for each reputation level you have with them, from 760g at Friendly and lower, to 640g at Exalted. If someone can verify this, I'll update my comment.

tl;dr: It's clear that reputation factors into the price of the trinkets from the BfA vendors, and I believe it's specifically the war effort faction that affects the pricing: 7th Legion for Alliance, and The Honorbound for Horde. The price seems to start at 760g at Friendly reputation and below and decreases by 40g for each reputation level you gain. So, assuming one is Exalted with their corresponding BfA war faction, the price per trinket should be 640g from these two vendors.)
