This toy is a reward from Nel miscelatore and related to the Calderone di Mostruosità Miscelate in House of Plagues, south of the Maldraxxus Plague Watch windrider.

You need to summon 7 rares to get the toy.

Mobs in the area drop glowing objects on the ground after death.
It is not personal loot, everyone can interact with the object.

Olio Viscoso drops from Estratto in Fiamme & Plasma Colossale (Red slime mobs south of the Pool)
Gelatina Mefitica drops from Viscidume Colossale & Animazione Prodigiosa (Blue slime giants south of the Pool)
Melma Miscibile drops from Resti Malati & Mostruosità Infetta (Yellow slime giants north of the Pool)
Your objective is to pick up the item and bring it to the pool.

If you manage to bring the correct combination of ingredients it should summon 1 out of 7 rares for Nel miscelatore achievement.
The main problem is that's it's group event and everyone can participate and ruin your setup.

To get Nel miscelatore you need kill the all 7 rares. To summon these rares you need combined Oils in differente proportions.

Sanguisuga Pulsante: Olio Viscoso > Melma Miscibile, Gelatina Mefitica. 30/0/0 is the best proportion to summon fast.
Gelloh: Melma Miscibile > Olio Viscoso, Gelatina Mefitica. 16/14/0 is a good proportion.
Invertebrato Oleoso: 10x Olio Viscoso 10x Gelatina Mefitica 10x Melma Miscibile.
Leccaossa: Melma Miscibile = Gelatina Mefitica > Olio Viscoso 11/11/8 is a good proportion.
Errore Violaceo: Olio Viscoso = Gelatina Mefitica > Melma Miscibile. 15/15/0 is the best proportion to summon fast.
Bolla Bruciante: Melma Miscibile = Olio Viscoso > Gelatina Mefitica 11/11/8 is a good proportion.
Sedimento Corrotto: Gelatina Mefitica > Melma Miscibile, Olio Viscoso. 16/0/14 is a good proportion.

Olio Viscoso and Gelatina Mefitica you can get fast if you move mobs the most near to Calderone di Mostruosità Miscelate and turn multiple times fast.
If you be fast you can return 2x Melma Miscibile before the mob despawns.

Persists and can be used in combat. Appearance vanishes when on mount but returns when you dismount.

Does anyone know how you change the colour of this toy appearance? I swear I saw someone with a blue slime appearance and wondering if it was a option for this toy?

The Slime Giant appearance from this toy has the same animations as the Kul Tiran male, so you can perform a full range of animated emotes when transformed.
