Related to the Gwynceirw rare in the Selvarden Shrouded Mire zone.
You can find Seme Debolmente Luminoso in the Ardenweald on the ground.
It's just zone-wide grass object you can find all over the area.
Un Seme Debolmente Luminoso is inside and when you start the fight you will see extra action button to toss it

The fight is simple.
You will see Narciso and Gwynceirw (The Winter Wolf)
Talk to the Narciso to start the fight
And the fight itself isn't hard because Gwynceirw will assist you and tank the Boggart Rovomarcio

Rare is also a part of Avventuriero di Selvarden achievement.

A Faintly Glowing Seed has a 24 hour duration (real time, not logged in time). There is also a five minute cooldown when you use one of your five charges. You can only use the item while outside in Shadowlands zones.

When you use the item, you are given one of five random, ten minute buffs. If desired, you can use the item while a buff is still active so you can have two simultaneously. There is a chance that you get the same buff that you already have, at which point, it would refresh the duration of your buff, not stack higher than ten minutes.

The possible buffs are:
Feeling Invulnerable
Feeling Speedy
Feeling Buff
Feeling Big
Feeling Zippy

This item is required to earn the achievement Dona un Seme al tuo cacciatore...

You use it during the fight with Gwynceirw (who helps you attack a Boggart Rovomarcio). Stand inside the large blue ring that will appear around the enemy and an action button will pop up to toss the seed.

These seeds are awesome! Like mentioned above, the seed is fresh for one day! One tip to always have one in your pocket: If you're a Night Fae player that has unlocked the Mushroom network - if you take the portal to the Banks of Life, there will always be a ripe seed ready for you to pick if you aren't currently holding one in your bags. :)
