If you are a Kyrian, go to your covenant home (Elysian Hold) south area.
There are four vendors you can turn in to based on the level:

Kelli Lelli - level 187 and 194 (LFR) /way 66.4 22.0
Alisius - level 200 and 207 (Normal) /way 66.6 22.2
Approvvigionatrice Prothos - level 213 and 220 (Heroic) /way 66.6 21.6
Maestro di Guerra Endios - level 226 and 233 (Mythic) /way 66.8 21.8

I think its really annoying that the gear from the raid is themed to the zone, but the weapon token can only be used at your covenant. So yeah, as a hunter I get to dress up like the freaking Punisher and then carry around brightly colored sticks and leaves as my weapon.

To redeem this currency for your weapon, you need to find the weaponsmiths in your Covenant's Sanctum. There should be 4...Normal, Heroic, Mythic, and Raid Weaponsmiths.

For Sinfall Covenant, they are located on the lower level around the Anima Conductor.

If you are unable to purchase the weapon from the vendor as the wrong items are there, change covenant and buy it from there.
I submitted a bug report so hopefully gets fixed.

Specifically I was unable to purchase as a night fae hunter, as both normal fated weapons were not on the vendor, and in their place it was 272 raid finder fated weapons.
