Pelolustro Asceso is a reward for defeating Ascended Council "rare mob" in Bastione.

Location: 53.57 88.01
Required for: Avventuriero del Bastione
Rare drop: Pelolustro Asceso

Ascended Council "rare mob" are Campionessa del Coraggio, Campionessa della Saggezza, Campione della Lealtà, Campionessa della Purezza and Campione dell'Umiltà.
To trigger the event you should ring all 5 vespers of Bastion within the short period of time (At lest few minutes, cant say how many exactly).
So you either need a group or have 5-6 own lvl 60 characters.
After ringing all the vespers a message will be shown for every player within the Bastione that the council will arrive in Aspirant's Awakening in a minute.
Travel to 53.57 88.01 where you will see all 5 champions. They join the fight all together so the fight is only soloable for mythic geared characters.
Fortunatelly, you only need to low them down to 15%. After all of them defeated they fly away and Cache of the Ascended appears.

Can ask someone for a help, need at least 2 players to summon, probably 3 if you dont have Kyrian Covenant with teleportation network in Bastion

How to summon:

You need to wait for all vespers of Chiamata a raccolta degli Ascesi to respawn
They respawn at the same time, ones in 1-2h
You will have only 5 minutes to ring all 5 vespers, so you need at least 2-3 ppl
Can solo if you have 4-5 alts staying near each vesper ring, relog, repeat, like i did in the video
Ringing all vespers in 5 minutes activates rare event and summons all the champions
You will see a message in the chat: "The Ascended Council has been assemble! They will arrive in Aspirant's Awakening in 1 minute"
Now you will have to go to the Aspirant's Awakening at the south part of the map

Fight with Campionessa della Purezza, Campionessa del Coraggio, Campionessa della Saggezza, Campione della Lealtà, Campione dell'Umiltà is actually hard
You will need to put each champion with 150k hp to 15%
Hints:

If you are ranged, stay as far away from Campionessa della Saggezza, he will not be able to reach you with Pioggia di Saggezza
Campione dell'Umiltà has Javelin Flurry stacking rent, run away from him, or just pull him as far as you can and come back to him later after you kill all the rest.

I am disappointed. Originally 100 reps gained us the 'spectral phoenix', which was oh so close to the guild 'dark phoenix'.

After numerous complaints, Blizzard swapped it out with a non-flying 'pureheart courser', which now flies in shadowlands. Cool, wish it had a trail or some flight prints like the paladins charger.

Now, Blizzard is releasing mounts with similar models and effects as the hard earned 100 reputations mount, harming its prestige. This is the exact model as the pureheart courser without the added blue effects.

So my guild summoned this in the morning. It's quite an easy fight, we had 10 people some of which weren't level 60.
Please note you CANNOT loot the cache unless you are level 60.

This wasn't too hard to do with some coordination, but sadly the mount is not a 100% drop chance. I did it with a group of 5 level 60s and none of the 5 of us got it.

FYI you CAN loot the chest if you do this in a raid group, so invite the whole zone to the fight if you want. Nobody under 60 can loot the chest though.

Summoned the council, and killed them. No mounts dropped for our 8 man raid.

Just had this drop in a 30 man raid group, was only one that dropped so drop rate seems very low.

A note about the Vesper of Courage (the Necrotic Wake vesper) - I'm not sure what triggers it, but there is a phasing issue that happens where there is an invisible wall that blocks you from climbing the stairs to get to the bell. To get to it, you can run up the nearby cliff and jump onto the side of the stairway. Run up to the top of the stairs and you should be able to jump over the invisible wall to reach the bell.

Also note that if you are phased in this manner, you won't get the zone-wide notification that the bells have been rung. However, people outside the phase will still see in chat that you have rung this bell.

Just tested this out switching wm on and off and I can confirm it gives you loot only once a day.
The second time I tried on the same day, the chest didn't appear.

1st day - ~30 man raid group = 2 drops
2nd day - ~20 raid group = 0 drops
3rd day - ~20 raid group = 3 drops ( I got it here! )

Also I tested it in stormwind, and I can confirm that it is a flying mount! (yay!)
It doesn't have wings, it runs nicely through the air

Do you need to tag all 5 of the champions in order to get the mount? Or is being in the group good enough if you just tag one?

I was just participating but we just did this raid with a group of 30 or more people.
At least 2 mounts dropped.
You have to be level 60 to loot the chest - I was level 55, attacked the boss, chest spawned and was unable to LOOT.
You need to attack the bosses to get the chest to appear - my husband was level 58, did not attack any of them (due to lag GG), chest did not spawn for his character.

For the love of everything holy, if you find the bells while out questing DO NOT RING THEM! You'll waste everyone's chance who's trying to farm this. Been sitting here for 5 hours and every time they're up, some random jerk just rings it making it impossible to ring them all. Do NOT ring the bells unless you have a full raid, and have a lock to summon.

I apologise in advance for the following comment, but I have to share it.

So here I was, a fresh 60 who wanted to get a sweet shadowlands mount.

I decided I wanted to go with sinrunner Blanchy.

One of the requirements for Blanchy has to be bought with raw seraphic wings, often dropped by Bastion mobs.

So a bit clueless and directionless I arrive in the most southern fp I have in Bastion. I wander around aimlessly in search for winged creatures to slay until I notice quite a big group of people taking down a rare spawn.
I thought heh, let's get a few hits in, it's almost dead anyway.

Moments later the rare spawn collapses and a loot chest appears.
I blink over there, open the chest and indeed: The Ascended Skymane was there smiling at me!

This sort of dumb luck only happens once every few years. The last time I won a mount totally unaware of the possibilty was back in Wotlk: UP blue proto drake.

Please don't hate me.

I guess some people have good RNG and some have awful RNG.

We can ring multiple bells/vespers to get Ascended Council to spawn. As long as all 5 bells are rang within 5 minutes of the first Vesper being rang.

There is misinformation being spread that one person can not ring multiple bells to get Ascended Council to spawn.
For example, a person ringing the Vesper of Wisdom would then use a Goblin Glider to also ring Vesper of Loyalty.
Vesper ringing requirement is to be level 60.

March 7th. I had already rang Vesper of Wisdom to spawn to kill but found bells up just to test and prove that we can still ring multiple bells afterwards. A waste of finding bells up, I know.

Not that "we can not interact with other bells if we had rang one already.".

Hi, mine dropped after roughly 20-25 attempts. Rarity says 12 because it was bugged out for me some time, and did not count properly.

Here is a screenshot of me looting the mount. I hosted several groups, while actually being the person, that atleast clicked one vesper, about 3 times even 2 (Wisdom and Loyalty), and once even 3 (wisdom, loyalty and humility), and I suppose that there is no special 'trigger' to obtain this, than just pure luck. I saw people without ringing any of the vespers looting it, as well as ringers looting it. If you guys are hardcore collectors, or just want this mount, I strongly suggest you don't waste a single day until you get it. With an increasing number of people already having it, and new patches in the future, this will be a huge pain in the ass to obtain since it requires atleast 3 or 4 people, and luck that noone will ring the bells off chart, and ofcourse kill the council before you get there yourself.

In my opinion, this one is the biggest pain in the ass to obtain in Shadowlands. Was so happy and reliefed I got it!

So, I can say with pretty high confidence that the drop chance listed on Wowhead is quite a bit lower than the actual drop chance of this mount. I've been killing the Ascended Council rare every day for approximately two-ish weeks, and without fail, every single group every single day has had at least one mount drop.

In a group size of ~18> people, one mount dropped.
In a group size of ~18< people, two mounts dropped.
It seemed like every 9 people in the group "added" one mount to the loot.
I would hazard the drop chance seems closer to ~11%.
This is a very rough estimation, given that I never wrote down how many people were in each group and how many mounts dropped for each group each day. I only started to notice a trend a few days into killing the rare, when two mounts started dropping every time we had at least approximately 18-20 people.

Yes, I understand this is completely anecdotal, but it's pretty compelling to see the mount drop every. single. time. I killed the rare, every day for a few weeks (the group size was always at least 8 people/a raid group). The more people report back on these informations, the more accurate of a view of drop chance we can get for those people who haven't collected the mount yet. As such, I knew it was only a matter of time until I got that drop... which I did, today, after roughly 14-ish attempts! Yay! And you will get it too, so don't lose hope! Keep checking LFG!

There is a somewhat common myth that the rare despawns in 5 minutes after being summoned. This probably based on the fact that there is 5 minutes to ring all the vespers and people conflate the two things. This is not true. Once summoned the rare will stand there until attacked and will not despawn.

Just an FYI, you have to be level 60 to even loot the chest from the Ascended Council~

I was questing in the area on my new level 50 when i saw the chat messages pop up that 3 of the bells were rung, so i booked it over to the spawn and got there just as the last bell rang, council spawned, and i almost had my 8k health ass handed to me, but once the big boys had killed the rares, i just got the error message "You must be level 60" when i tried to loot the chest.

Just a lil note for anyone who sees it happening while questing and comes here to see whether you can loot before 60..... nope.

For anyone want farming this, I will recommend you, if you go with LFG, dont go to the bells ring them. You got mainly 2 problems here:

1. people - they simple will not wait for you, even locks wont summ
2. Blizzard - very often after ringing bells, server got huge lag which completely cancels warlock summ and make game super laggy for few minutes (minutes you need to get your travel and it can be from north to south completely )

Its definitely depends on group, but for me hardest rare from SL zones to get, mainly due to this problems.... GL

I rang all the bells in under 4 mins but nothing spanwed. I used 4 alts with my Main at Purity. After ringing Purity, I flew to spanw location and nothing. 8-15-21 1:00AM EST

41/20 attempts per Rarity addon and I'm sure it was more than that before I installed.

So happy to finally have this mount! I've been doing this 3x a day for a while now because I love the new courser models. Two people in my group of seven had it drop today! (My alt really is the lucky one...) Good luck to all, I know it will drop for y'all soon!

Can ring all 5 bells by yourself but since I'm not super geared on my alt had two other people. One took both bells wisdom and loyalty up top, another took humility and purity and I rang courage. You can absolutely wait to ring purity last till the person at wisdom/loyalty flies closer to council spawn location, as sometimes other faction will pull early. I believe the timer for ringing all the bells is 5 minutes.

The Vesper of Loyalty for the Concilio degli Ascesi rare will never be up if you are on the Prova dell'Ascensione quest.

I found this one out way too late... I had an alt parked in Bastion to do the rare every day for the Pelolustro Asceso mount, but the Vesper of Loyalty never seemed to be up. Abandoning this quest phased me to another version of the Citadel of Loyalty in which the bell was up.

I got it today solo, took me 5 tries so i was pretty lucky. Decent looking mount and these days its a really easy one to do, perhaps not to get. But it takes max 10 min every day.

ok i got it today after 64 tries, rng is cruel sometimes but ok it is done .Some tips :

1.Found the most practical route this one : Courage >Loyalty>Wisdom>Humility>Purity>Council of the Ascended
2.Park your toons in front of Vesper of Courage and check every 1-2hours if its clickable
3.Put your Hearthsone at Aspirants Rest just in case there is another enthusiast who starts the other side (purity>humility ect) or just clicking at random.When that happens and you are left on top of map for example , just hearth and head to boss location
4.If you are Kyrian and have unlocked portals through covenant you can navigate faster and maybe skip tip 3

Took me about 70 tries to get this mount. I used 2 accounts. My main account had all the portals unlocked in bastion for fast travel and my other account was random level 70s on an rp realms as my main realm is high pop (frostmourne oceanic) so the changes of the bells being up was very slim.
On my last attempt (which dropped the mount), I decided to try turning warmode on and seeing if that help increased the drop. This mount dropped on first attempt with warmode on. Not sure if this was lucky or something, but I recommend trying that if your not having any luck with this drop.

I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but I have been sharded out midway through ringing the bells to shards with inactive bells. This has made this grind significantly harder and annoying because I will ring one or two bells then suddenly the rest cannot be interacted with then have to wait for a respawn.

Super easy to ring all the bells by yourself now that dragonriding is available everywhere!

With Patch 10.2.5 introducing World Dragonriding, it is now extremely easy for any 60+ character to ring all the vespers and make it back in time to fight the Ascended Council.

As of Dragon flying being usable anywhere, this is super doable solo without fear of a small mishap causing you to go over 5 minutes for the bell rings.
