These come from the soulbind ability Splendore della Natura that Niya offers you at Renown 10.

Based on my experiences so far I would say it has roughly an internal cooldown of roughly 30 or so minutes as even mass killing they would drop in about that much of a time frame. They will also go straight to your bag when it procs and you won't have to loot anything or worry about missing it by not looting.

Received one of these today from killing mobs during the Marasmius quest La pattuglia delle ife: Foresta di Cuordilegno. Probably the easiest way to farm these if that's what you're into.

Nature's Splendor is soulbound with Niya for the Night Fae covenant. If you find that you don't see Nature's Splendor coming in, check your covenenant soulbound character and see if you've changed it to another one, usually when you change specs. It has to be on Niya for it to be "learned". Once you change specs, if your covenant soulbound character is someone else (for example Dreamweaver), you'll "unlearn" the ability. Going back to Niya as your soulbound character will be how you obtain Nature's Splendor.
