Dropped by slimes below the <Renounced Bastille> flightpath, can be looted and usable on any other character/faction/covenant after you've completed the campaign quest on your necrolord.

I could learn the Pigmento Mucoso, but I can't even use Camuffamento dell'Accolito.

The customization item Pigmento Mucoso dropped for me from Sclerosi Ribollente in the Theater of Pain area. I was Necrolord renown 16 and with only 2/9 campaign chapters complete.

Farmed Bubbleblood and the puddles in the area between his spawns. Took 3 spawns of BB, around 40 minutes, respawn rate of small puddles is instant. Dropped off one of them.

Best place to farm these is in 52, 35, where Bubbleblood spawns. There are ooze mobs called Clotting Mass. There are 10-15 up, easy to kill, and respawn almost instantly. Got mine from one. You can even avoid Bubbleblood (who also has a chance to drop it) while you kill them.

Can definitely confirm, Bubbleblood location is the quickest. Looted today Patch 9.1.5

x65 Clotting Mass' killed in 6 or so mins and it dropped.

Bubbleblood wasn't even up, I as a druid dotted all "mass" together, starfall and insta looted the mucosal pigment. I guess i was lucky? but took me less than a min to pull and kill all.

BEWARE!

I have a sad story for all of you. I was farming Mucosal Pigment in Bubbleblood place. After so many tries it finally dropped for me BUT Bubbleblood soaked corpse of little slime and cancel my loot :( So i cannot loot it. I contacted GM but they cant help me. So be carefull to not engade Bubbleblood or kill him fast.

I've been farming this at the Bollasangue spawn point and already at a around 1k slimes killed, way more than others experienced. I'm thinking this became lootable by necrolords only in 9.2 along with the achievement (Alta moda da cripta) being moved to expansion features.
Edit: switched to necro and got it within minutes, so pretty sure I'm correct.
