Can you farm this with a hunter group and bypass all but the last boss?

Wasn't actively farming this and it dropped the first time on Normal. I had just read about it's drop location and this was through the Dungeon Finder.

I find it so VERY COOL, that Blizzard had the two BiS hunter legendaries be random drops from Dungeon Bosses - not guaranteed, but random.

Thanks Blizz, just what I was looking forward to on top of all the other keep up your daily/weekly chores, farming a dungeon.../golf clap

Took my mother in today for the weekly mythic event her 1st time in mythic as a BM hunter she did awesome got literally a drop from every other boss and her legdary memory on last boss so yes luck n RNG has everything to do with it. So my advice keep faith it will drop good luck kittens & puppies you will eventually get yours do not give up hope its there waiting for you=) 2/8/2021

After 15-20 attempts at the drop in Spires, I came to my senses and just bought Cronache dei Ricordi Perduti from Nasofuso in Hibernal Hollow (I assume the other zones has it for sale somewhere as well). It took just 3 token purchases at 35 Offerta Grata each to get Ricordo delle Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak, and in the process I also got Ricordo delle Braci della Forgia dell'Anima which I had yet to collect. Made all those Anima Conductor quests worth it in that 30 seconds.

Got this on my first attempt.

Process:

1. got the quest
2. did daily rnd dungeon
3. queued for normal and heroic specific
4. entered heroic
5. struggled with last boss multiple deaths, (never run it before)
6 item dropped
