Balestra dei Giurafauce is an item that can be found in the Maw.

When picked up, it gets added to your inventory. Once in your inventory, it can be used to cause approximately 35,000 damage to your target. It can be used only once and disappears thereafter, and it can only be used in the Maw.

35,000 damage is enough kill normal mobs with one shot and will also put quite a dent in elites, which can be helpful, but given the fact that it is unique and not easy to acquire, its usefulness is limited.

It is simple: fill up your bags, loot item -> crossbow goes to mail since your bags are full.
Congratulations, you can now loot it from mail and use anywhere in the world.
