Beta 8/9/20: Found in a cave, under Forgefire Outpost. Says nothing about it when you hover over item, just the name of the item.

UPDATE: Later on after some quests from Nemea. I chose them and when I went back to where she gives the quests, it was also in the inventory like you would buy it from Nemea.. but it has no price, along with some Larion Treats.

Criteria of: Tesori del Bastione

The treasure required nothing to do but just open it to obtain Bardatura del Domatore di Larion.
It is located inside a cave simply follow the passage until you reach the room where the treasure is.

Located in the hall of beasts cave where you have to go for two quests.
Go down the right way, ther on the desk near a pile of rubble - see screenshot.
Looks like it is not implemented at the moment (20200916).

After doing the quests for Nemea and befriending a larion I followed the path to Hall of Beasts but when I clicked on the item on the table I only received 3 Larion Treats & 2 Kyrian Smith's Kit. No harness even though that is what the treasure chest on the map named it.

You can find it inside the Hall of Beasts cave.

There are two versions of this item in the Wowhead database. Bardatura del Domatore di Larion is where you'll find the loot table and the achievement progress.

This is one of many found in each zone. Some are just find and loot treasures like we had in WOD. Some in this xpac are on rotation with world questing for rep and/or anima grind.
