These can be found around all the farm areas in Westfall.
I found Manciata di Avena around Saldean's Farm by Saldean's house and the Molsen Farm by the barn.

Manciata di Avena item is required to obtain Redini di Blanchy.
To get Redini di Blanchy you have to bring items to Defunta Blanchy 6 times in Revendreth.
You can do it only once per day so you need 6 days to get the mount. The day starts with the daily quest reset.
You can obtain all the items you need in advance.
Defunta Blanchy spawns on the river in Endmire north of Darkhaven
and starts to run until it bumps into a player. Everyone can interact with it.
It despawns after 5 minutes. The respawn timer is from 1 to 2 hours.

Each time you give the item to Defunta Blanchy it will react with the following emote:
Meet Blanchy first time -> Dead Blanchy's eyes are frenzied. Her form is sickly and gaunt.
She is clearly famished and needs a hearty meal.
Handful of Oats -> Dead Blanchy accepts the oats enthusiastically. Though she is shaggy in patches,
her skin ripples with irritation from stinging mites, sharp thorns, and smelly muck.
Grooming Brush -> Dead Blanchy shivers and nuzzles you as the grooming brush cleans the irritants from her skin.
As she shifts her weight and stamps, you notice her hooves are badly chipped.
Sturdy Horseshoes -> Dead Blanchy lifts her hooves obediently, happy to save her injured feet tended.
She's out of breath and blowing hard and seems very thirsty.
Bucket of Clean Water -> Dead Blanchy eagerly drinks the entire bucket before butting her head against you.
She's quenched her thirst but is shivering uncontrollably.
Comfortable Saddle Blanket -> Dead Blanchy stands very still as the saddle blanket is placed upon her.
As her shivering slows and then stops, Blanchy begins searching your bags for a treat.
Dredhollow Apples -> Dead Blanchy's nostrils flare as she scents the apples. She eagerly crunches them up.
Dead Blanchy sights contentedly and places her head on your shoulder.

New location for Oats is /way 48.69, 20.24 its the barn right next to furlbrow Pumpkin flight master. Run inside and it should pop up it has like a 2-3 minute respawn timer giving between 1-3 oats per pickup

A package containing 2-3 spawns right next to Blanchy's body at the scene of the accident.
Respawn was around 2min.
Just sit there for a bit and you'll have all 8.

Hi all

To get Redini di Blanchy you will need 6 days. Then how fast you will start that fast you will get ;).

Why Is 6 days ?. Every day When you will see Defunta Blanchy you will have to give required things in correct order/days. 6 days = 6 things.

For me best way was at first to collect all things ( that take me maby 40 min ) when you will get them all just go to Defunta Blanchy in Revendreth 63 42 Before waterfall under a fallen tree in water.
Defunta Blanchy is respawn every 1-2h for 5 min. If Defunta Blanchy is not on position just wait or look for group in Group Finder->Custom.

6 Days = 6 Things:

Day 1
You need to bring: 8 Manciata di Avena. You can pick them up from Sacca di Avena in Marche Occidentali. You have 3 farms on North You can find them only over there.

Day 2
You need to bring Spazzola per Strigliatura. Spazzola per Strigliatura you can get from Sgagnadita 63 61 in Revendreth. Just speak with Him and you will get it for free xD.

Day 3
You need to bring 4 Ferro di Cavallo Solido. You can pick them up from Ferro di Cavallo Scartato in Revendreth. Ferro di Cavallo Scartato is located on East from Darkhaven on all roadside on ground. I got 3 in 74 57 1 spot in 5 min then respawn is very high better to just stay in one place.

Day 4
You need to bring Secchio di Acqua Pulita. To get it first pick up Secchio d'Acqua Vuoto 63 61 and Fly to Selvarden or Bastione jump to any water and press on Secchio d'Acqua Vuoto in your inventory.

Day 5
You need to bring Coperta da Sella Confortevole. You can buy if from Ta'tru 51 78 in Revendreth The pracie is not normal xD You can buy it for meat ( I paid 30 Carne di Strisciante ) But price can change every week for other meat. Best go look before you will buy any thing on AH what we want.

Dat 6
You need to bring 3 Mela di Concacupa. You can buy it from Mims 40 62 in Revendreth This time you pay in gold xD.

Items from 2-6 are in Revendreth that why is ease to get them all. And as I said better to collect all First then go to Defunta Blanchy.

54.90, 26.28 worked for me, at the base of a tree. 3 Handfuls per grab for me, maybe 3-5 min apart.

It's across the road from an overturned cart that had a number of people waiting at it.

Some might look like they are the same coordinates that different people have posted twice but they are indeed seperate oat bags!
They also respawn fairly quick.

Oat bags are guaranteed to give you oats and they give you no more than 3. Picked up 31 bags and got 61 oats, an average of 2 oats per bag.

Just stand at 52,34 and let it respawn over and over. There are so many people here that the respawn rate is low and this is a bit outside of the crowd.

Confirmed. If you already have Dead Blanchy, you cannot pick up oats.
I assume this goes for the other items as well. I have Dead Blanchy mount on one account and since it's a maxed out lvl 60 Mage I thought it would be faster to portal around to get the mats. But after an hour I could not find any oats at all. So I went on the account that needs the mount and sent my lvl 57 out and found 4 handfuls of oats within seconds of landing. I got on the main account, stood next to the 57 and nada. The lvl 60 could not see the oats the lvl 57 was standing beside.

Defunta Blanchy, who you need to interact with to get Redini di Blanchy for Calcapeccati Blanchy spawns in The Endmire in Revendreth, and then runs away faster than you can fly.
If you stand in her way, she'll stop with the text "Dead Blanchy stops abruptly to avoid running you down" and will then stay for five minutes before despawning.
