This is a really really great trinket.

Saved me countless of time as a DH tank, as if I have 2 x Ultima Spiaggia

2min internal cool down which is barely noticeable, you either get out of the situation alive or you don't.
If you do, the cool down would have almost over, if you don't the cool down doesn't matter anyway.

Hope I don't have to replace this too soon.

Unlike some other sleep effects, there's no aggro dump here, so it's a suitable tank trinket.

In a duel it seemed to only heal for roughly 30% of its effect. Out of the duel it healed for ~12k and during the duel only for 3,5k.

I was worried about the sleep effect, but 2 seconds is really nothing. This trinket has saved me several times.

Highest item level I've seen is 174 (so far). I hope it keeps going up!

Update I have one at 223 now!

Does this, along with the other Starlake trinkets, even drop anymore? I swear I've done these 5 or 6 times a week and I've only gotten anima.
