You can obtain this if you're not a part of the Night Fae covenant. The rare seems to rotate each day, and spawns in the amphitheater at 41,44 in Ardenweald. To spawn the rare, a Night Fae covenant member with the Anima Conductor sanctum upgrade unlocked and set to Dreamsong Fenn, can speak to Dapperdew to spawn the rare. It can spawn seven different rares, the one you want is Glimmerdust, As Jaina.

Seems like this would be good @ higher ilvl. Does the upgrade in WQ drops at renown 10 improve the ilvl of these drops?

Useful for farming Viscidus in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. He is impossible to kill unless you can inflict frost damage.

Just dropped for me on Pulvilume, nel Ruolo di Jaina

I am max renowned as of writing (18) and ilvl 200. The trinket dropped at ilvl 174. It's a shame as this is a very useable trinket if it's ilvl can keep up. Hoping for maybe an ilvl increase with the WQ bump at Reknown 19.

I don't know how accurate this is but on Raidbots, it sims this trinket higher than Batteria di Animum Sovraccaricata for me (both at 184 ilvl). I think it's possible the dot does more than the tooltip states at higher ilvls? It also seems to apply to multiple targets so might be good in aoe scenarios. I'm going to try to capture more detailed logs tonight with this trinket equipped and see if it's noticeable and how it compares to other damaging trinkets.

Has synergy in Torghast with the DK Anima power Frostchipper when specced Blood/Unholy. Likely not enough value to justify the slot on its own though unless we get future modes or layers with HUGE hp-sponge bosses.

The dot debuff is applied on all targets you hit, so very good for AoE damage too.

Also the 10 stacks don't get removed when the root applies. But still testing if the root can happen again.

Potentially useful for triggering Spezzagelo if you're a spec (non-Enhancement shaman, non-Frost DK, non-Frost mage) that's eligible to receive that power on account of having frost spells but doesn't actually do frost damage often enough to reliably proc it. I keep this in my bags when running Torghast for that reason.

Item Level 223 Drop, in aoe cleave this thing scores higher dps than my 233 Phial of Putrefaction. Insane Dps increase.
Im hoping it keeps scaling to my gear level. Cause I want this thing forever.
