It seems that the highest (not by a substantial amount, though) drop rates are from hostile to Horde mobs.

Is Blizzard trying to tell the Horde that they don't win?

I don't know why this never caught on to WoW terminology... in many other games, the term "broken" means "extremely overpowered." In card games, it refers to a card or strategy, and in video games it usually refers to an ability. A broken "I WIN!" button would be a button for an extremely overpowered ability...

These may drop from players too, so don't tire yourself out begging the other's to spare the towers and help you kill Warmaster's. It is quite a rare drop though. I wish people could put it on AH instead of vendor it away. I bought one for 50g, and there are more nutheads than me who collect odd stuff. So put it on AH, it is worth 10-50g. :)

Personally i believe that ban is BS... He received an item in the mail by no exploitive means... Is there any protocol for that? No..... So he used it? If he hacked it he deserved to get banned but he didnt.. He just got it.... It is an incredibly unfair game... GG blizz..

An I.W.I.N button is a spell or a ability thats completely overpowered and wins you the duel to whoever your fighting, a broken I.W.I.N button is just blizzard messing with us and is looted from BGs
