Requirements:
Ember Court Tier 4.
Best Friends with La Contessa.
Do an additional Ember Court with her Very Happy or Elated.

How to get:
You must upgrade the building to Level 4 to unlock The Countess as a guest. Unlocking level 4 from scratch takes 28,500 Animum del Bacino and 80 Anima Redenta. While the mount was obtained at Ember Court Level 5, level 4 is likely enough if you don't want to upgrade your Court to 5.

Next you must invite La Contessa to Ember Court sessions until you reach Best Friends with her. This process takes 8 Courts without counting rep bonuses.

After reaching Best Friends with her, you must invite her an additional time and end the Court with her mood at Very Happy or Elated to receive the mount in her tribute chest.

The Countess shows up as "undiscovered" in my guest list RSVP. Anyone know how to get her to attend the court?

So, if you want to obtain this mount, while putting in as little effort as possible, and you DON'T care about WHEN you get it, I would strongly suggest waiting for special holidays. This method works with Brewfest, but we will see what they will add with other holidays. Here is the article about Brewfest (it's probably gonna be the same in Brewfest 2022), and here is an article that they are adding something for Halloween aswell.

During this year's Brewfest, there was a buff called Theotar's Taste Tester, which actually gave 15% extra rep with the guests that were attending the court, and it stacked 20 times, meaning you could potentially walk out with 300% bonus rep increase at the end. You got the stacks by right clicking tea / beer pots, and to get all 20, it took maybe 1 minute combined.

Since I only cared about the mount and nothing else, I just invited The Countess as my guest. The requirement for this is to have the Ember Court at level 4 and her RVSP questline completed (I won't link or give guides for that, since there are quite some already here).

Once the court was finished, Countess gave me 22.000 reputation per court with the 300% buff, meaning I had to do it twice to get her to Best Friend level (0-42.000). I didn't have 90% of the things unlocked, I was just serving tea, killing the mob that stops her at the beginning, I gossiped with her and I did the soul sacrificing ritual, so nothing special and difficult.

Final step of the proccess was to complete it one last time with the Best Friend status, and she has to be elated before you finish the court (I didn't do anything different then the 2 times before, same thing). The mount is a 100% drop from the chest in that case.

What nobody seems to mention is if the The Countess is not offering the RSVP: La Contessa its probally becouse you havnt done La Corte delle Braci first. I google for so long couldn't find any if info on this even tho my Ember Court was Tier 4. . When i just decided to try to do this quest. And then her blue quest popped up on the map :)

a little late in posting but with the noblegarden exp buff for ember court rn, i got best friends with the countess in two days and then my mount today.
