Prepare all the buffs

Buy Forza del Sangue from Ta'tru vendor
- Location: Revendreth, north of the Wanecrypt Hill windrider
- Price: 30xAla Serafica Grezza or 10xVedovia random crafting material, changes each week
- Buy Pozione della Forza Inusuale from Au'larrynar vendor
  
  Location: Maldraxxus, east of the Theater of Pain
- Price: 1g
- Get 2x Temprato dalla Battaglia (duration 10 mins)
  
  Location: Maldraxxus ,west of the Theater of Pain
- Need to wait for Qualche ostacolo lungo la via World Quest
- Get 4x Amanita Commestibile, eat mushrooms on the ground near the Lepiota rare. (duration 2 mins and they will slow you down)

You will need any 4 buffs to get the Braccio di Oonar

I just tried to purchase this potion and it currently requires 15x Frammenti di Pietra del Peccato
From what I was able to determine, this item is only dropped if you are on a quest or possibly after unlocking a faction. I found none on the AH. Just my luck that this week would be that item. I think I will just wait and see what next week will be.
