I got 3 of these from one of the reward boxes from covenant callings, in my case Kyrian.

They can be equipped in your weapon slots, and in both at the same time, even as a class that can't normally dual wield. When attacking something, your damage text will show "Immune", my guess is because there's no displayed damage numbers.

They also are clearly some very advanced javelins. Got some weight behind them, that's for sure.

Very weird item. Can be equipped and dual wielded by anyone, deals "immune" damage, and obviously isn't a javelin. You can also stack multiples in a single weapon slot.

I named my Ceremonail Javelin, Titan's Revenge. It's so rare you could almost say it is unique.

Now that vendor items are transmogify-able I did a quick search of 1-handed and 2-handed maces and the closest weapons I found was Martello Spaccato. It is also a recolor of Granmazza Rovinata, but that item is not transmogify-able as of the date of this comment.
