For those who want to understand the logic behind this short writing:
AddWaypoint(1525,v/100,v/100,{title="Rubble"}

1525 is the UiMapID
v/100 is the horizontal position of the waypoint in % of the map
v/100 is the vertical position of the waypoint in % of the map
title="Stygia Nexus" is the displayed title of the waypoint
