I got this toy in the House of Plagues, very narrowly south-east from the flight master for the area. There was a clickable bottle on a lab table under a hut called Empty Plague Bottle with a green ooze pool next to it. The pool was sparkling before I picked up the bottle, but not clickable. Once I picked up the bottle the pool got the cogwheel, and I received the toy after clicking on the pool.

This appears to be working again.

Hotfix on Nov. 24th - "The Phial of Ravenous Slime toy has been temporarily disabled."

Can only be used in "Pattymack Land" apparently.

Anyone know what this actually does? Since from what I could gather Pattymack Land is a developer area and the Vial states it could only be used there...

This isn't even showing in my toy box after I learned it. Did a full UI reset and everything. I also checked the filters and still can't see it.

For anyone curious this item would:

Turn you into a Red Slime for roughly 15-20 seconds
Had a 8 yard radius circle to absorb teammates inside you
Make you and any party members inside you move at nearly Double Mount Speed
You CAN'T stop moving while transformed
You and your party would take very weak damage per second

I heard it was hotfixed between end of day 1 or beginning of day 2 of Shadowland's release, because some players were using it for exploits.
I hope they bring it back because it was really fun, and the speed boost is extremely useful right now that we don't have flying.

Also, if you are like me and looted it but couldn't find it in your collection. I unchecked all the filters in the Toys Tab and then re-checked the collected filter and it then showed up.

They "fixed" this item almost from day one, but they won't fix Quella dannata volpe! which has been broken since Beta. C'mon...

Killed Worldend Gorger today in a group and at the end, some idiot used the toy and dragged half the raid over the edge and to our deaths. We couldn't even get to our bodies to respawn because we went over the side.

Currently bugged and doesn't work in Zereth Mortis (which as far as I'm aware counts as "outdoors in the shadowlands".

Doesn't seem to work anywhere other than the original 4 shadowlands zones (such as revendreth or bastion etc)
