Found the Strange Cloth from searching with Chordy.

All searching with Chordy can be done wherever you like. I personally like the bank in Oribos and the main area in our covenant hall.

I came to this page, then went and killed Collector Kash, and the Strange Cloth dropped. I suspect the drop rate is significantly higher than the listed 2%, it's just skewed by all the non-Necrolords killing him. I'm Renown 21 with a level 1 abomination factory.

So i tested out this with the Accordino method and this is what i got after 100+ Oggetti Recuperabili.
94xRicordo Infranto 1x Ombril 1x Occhiali dei Venthyr 1x Portabene Grandioso and a couple of greys.
I did my farming at 73:37 Oribos, the outer circle.
Just ran back and forth, its slim and open easy to spot the Oggetti Recuperabili.
One thing i noticed is that it varies how long it takes for a Oggetti Recuperabili to spawn after you press the button, sometimes its instant and sometimes it takes a few seconds, but as far as i know 1 will spawn every time.
If you cant find it its probably out of range.

Got this off Collector Kash; I had already killed/looted him that day and he didn't have the usual rare marker, but it didn't matter, he still dropped the cloth.
