To unlock this reputation you need Night Fae Covenant and complete a quickly questline.

To access the questline you need unlock Transport Network Tier 1 Radici Coltivate inside Heart of the Forest.

After complete this questline you will unlock the Vendor Cortinario and Daily quests on The Ring to begin the reputation.
The vendor sell notable cosmetic items: Alasalda Vivace, Cervo delle Rune Invernale Incantato, Rami del Cortigiano della Notte, Bulbo di Silfintrecci (click on the vendor link to see all items).
To buy these items you need reputation with Marasmio.

Also, now you have access to 4 mushroom teleports on the new Cave (The Ring) and around Ardenweald.
To use the teleport just stay near to Mushroom and use the Extra Button Attraversamento: Anello.

It looks like once it's learned it's account bound but gated behind reputation to use. After purchasing and using it on my main toon:

My low level alt can see it in the appearances tab but it says that I need to be level 48 to use, however...
My level 52 mage who is also Night Fae can't even see it in the appearances tab and can't transmog it

I may unlock Marasmius on that mage and report later.

I swear I cannot see visual difference between this one and Cappa di Rami di Silfintrecci, which is a quest reward from "Night Warrior's Curse" thread to rescue Qadarin.

There are four total branch wing colors, though each are incredibly subtle in comparison to the Night Fae backpacks and moths. If you want to collect all four appearances, be sure you are in the Night Fae covenant.

Cappa di Rami di Silfintrecci - Brown branches with green leaves, obtained via Guarire un cuore infranto.
(Current Page) Rami del Cortigiano della Notte - Greenish gray branches with purple leaves, sold by Cortinario for 3500 anima. (Requires rep grind for Marasmius.)
Rami del Curatore degli Spiriti - Reddish gray branches with dark orange leaves, reward from Queen's Conservatory, more info here.
Rami Intrecciati d'Inverno - Desaturated blue branches with dark blue leaves, sold by Capo Commesso Salorn for 3500 anima.
