I found one in the House of Constructs area of Maldraxxus in the pit where Baron Halis patrols. It was H/B breed rare quality with 2 Pulsating Maggots as backups.

in the west and east corners of Baron Hails' area are a couple of chittering claw and writhing rachis - kill those and the pet battle versions should show up.

In the vicinity of Baron Hali, quite easy to find. It was the last Battle Pet that I was missing in Shadowlands, just because it's in such a remote location.

Went to Baron Hails' area while I'm at 4/7 chapters done (including the chapter in that area) and cant find any pets or chittering claws / writhing rachis

Clutch appears as an overworld pet so it is easily trackable by the minimap.

If Clutch has not spawned, you can clear out (killing not pet battle) any pets floating around in this small area and a new pet will instantly respawn. Only took 2-3kills before Clutch spawned

The location is absolutely perfect! BUT.... for the first time ever, I was actually "pulled out" of a pet battle when Baron Hails decide to knock me down. I spent the next five minutes battling him by myself because no one else was around. After that I couldn't find Clutch. I've been back a couple of times with no luck. I'll keep trying. Like others this is one of the very last ones I have to get for Shadowlands.
